I can’t believe you don’t know when you smell that bad. I mean I’m sure I only know half the story when my breath is rank, but god. I delivered to this hot girl and her friend tonight, and after I got in my car, all I could smell was ashtray. I didn’t smell anything while I was making the delivery, cause the wind was kinda high and I wasn’t right up in this girl’s face. But after I got in my car and smelled it, I realized it was the the pen behind my ear that reeked so badly of spent cigarette. Just the ten seconds of this girl holding the pen to sign the credit card slip, and it stunk. Wow. People shouldn’t smoke.
All this time, and no one has fucked with my car until tonight. If I needed something to wake me up tonight, that was it. I delivered to west tower, and left my car running on the turbo timer, doors locked and alarm armed. Just as I was getting to the door of the tower, I look back to my car (yes, I love it so) and notice some dude HANGING off my door handle, trying to yank my door open. “YO!! WHAT THE FUCK!!” I yell, and start walking toward him. He was with a bunch of people who had pulled up to the tower in a Jeep Liberty right behind me, and now he runs back to the Jeep to “hide”. “Do I know you?!” No answer, and one of his friends is walking toward me, to head me off before I get there. “Dude, why’s your friend trying to get in my car?” No answer. “HEY, what the fuck are you thinking?” I yell at the perp. “I wanted to get a pizza,” he says. “Then call a fucking pizza parlor! You don’t fuck with a man’s car!” I walked back to the tower entrance, to the dude standing there waiting for his DP Dough…”sorry, just got a little freaked, had to attend to that.” He was understanding, and even apologetic. Two dollar tip.
Went to Jessica’s to hang out after work. Didn’t think they wanted to hang with me anymore, it had been a while. Thought perhaps I’d lost my interest ersumthin. Anyway, she seemed upset with Colin last I saw her at work, and all of a sudden she was gone for the night. I called her when I got home just to see if she was alright, and she was…she asked if I wanted to hang with her and Alyson, so I figured why not. Half hour later, I was putting together a 500-piece puzzle with them. Oh my god is that relaxing. Wow. I’d forgotten. Well here it is, 6:12am, and I’m home. I forced myself to get up and leave because I knew if I didn’t I’d stay up for 48 hours putting puzzles together. I’m sure they’re still at it. Freakin’ youngsters.
Good mornin’ red. Have a good day at work.
